Prayer Journal

Okay, so what exactly are we supposed to put in our prayer journals? Most of my prayers are VERY personal and I don't want to share them with someone I don't know. So what are we supposed to put in these prayer journals. Any advice anyone?

Stuart,

My apologies to you for not conveying my request as clearly as I should have. I will not be looking at the prayer journal, I am only asking for them to keep one. I understand that there are some things that are private in our devotional life. I do plan to ask what impact keeping the journal has made on their spiritual life and if they have a brief testimony.
